Markham Museum

Markham Museum is a 25-acre recreated Village representing life from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Historic Homes and Businesses; a Land Transportation Exhibit; Historic Gardens; an Apple Orchard and a brand new Wet Meadow bring the Museum to life as we celebrate Markham's first immigrants and its Natural Heritage.For over 35 years Markham Museum has educated and entertained visitors. Our goal is to encourage visitors to value the role of museums as a source of life-long learning, to help foster creativity, and to help our community understand local history and the innovators who have gravitated to Markham for many decades.
